• Consumer Agreement
• On-site and online training sessions:

  Advance registration and payment required. Classes are filled on a "first-come, first-served" basis. After placing an order, you will receive additional class information, as applicable, via email.




• Shipping & Delivery

• Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or comparable carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 3-14 days depending on product availability, or in some cases up to 4-6 weeks. Orders shipped by ground service average 4-10 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Orders shipped by priority service (Priority Shipping) average 3-7 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. UPS and FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.




• Return Policy

• Cancellation Policy: A $50 per person charge is applied to all changes and cancellations not initiated by Watermark Training. Cancellation refunds: A full refund less $50 will be provided if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the seminar date. A 50% refund less $50 will be provided for cancellations received by Watermark Training 15-30 days prior to the seminar date, and no refund will be provided if the cancellation is received within 15 days of the seminar date. Full payment minus $50 can be credited to another seminar at any time. All no-shows forfeit any refund or credit. Watermark Training may cancel any seminar at any time. Some reasons for Watermark Training to cancel a seminar would include lack of participation, weather, trainer availability, etc. CD/DVD sales: All sales final. Product may be returned, if defective, within 14 days for full refund or exchanged for the same title. If defective, item must be returned to Watermark Training before refund will be processed.
